Global Marketing Communications & Content Specialist

Responsibilities

· Develop high-quality marketing content, including press releases, social media content, website content, presentations, brochures, customer success stories, newsletters and other communication materials to support Trina Storage's global brand and business objectives.

· Support the planning and execution of global marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, product launches, webinars, exhibitions and other marketing activities, while monitoring campaign performance and preparing campaign reports.

· Collaborate with regional marketing teams, product management, sales and external agencies to develop impactful marketing materials and ensure consistent messaging across global markets.

· Manage and maintain marketing content across digital channels, including the corporate website, LinkedIn and newsletters, while supporting the continuous development of Trina Storage's global marketing content library.

· Support executive communications, strategic marketing projects and other initiatives assigned by the Global Marketing Manager, leveraging AI tools to improve content creation, marketing efficiency and global collaboration.

Requirements

Education

· Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration or a related discipline.

· 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, corporate communications or brand marketing, preferably within the renewable energy, energy storage, electrical equipment or industrial technology sectors.

· Experience working in a multinational or international business environment is an advantage.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Strong storytelling ability with the capability to translate technical and business information into clear, engaging and customer-focused content.

· Experience in digital marketing, social media management and content planning.

· Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms) is highly desirable.

· Strong project management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

· Creative, proactive and detail-oriented.

· Passionate about technology, sustainability and global energy trends.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

· Self-motivated, adaptable and a strong team player.

· Fluent English is mandatory.

· German is highly preferred.

· Chinese and/or other European languages are considered an advantage.
