Role Overview:

The Global Expansion Manager drives the company’s international growth by overseeing new market entry from feasibility studies to full operational launch.

This role requires a blend of strategic analysis, regulatory navigation, cross-functional coordination, and project execution to ensure each new country is launched efficiently and integrated seamlessly into the organization’s global ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Market Entry & Feasibility

*   Conduct comprehensive market research for target regions.
*   Prepare country entry business cases and present recommendations to leadership.

Regulatory & Licensing

*   Lead license and permit applications with local regulators and authorities.
*   Liaise with external consultants, legal firms, and government agencies to ensure full compliance.
*   Maintain a repository of entity documents and regulatory updates.

Entity Setup & Operations

*   Oversee entity formation, bank account openings, and hiring setup in new markets.
*   Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and HR to achieve go-live readiness.

Localization & Product Readiness

*   Manage localization projects, ensuring that app/website, payment methods, and customer care channels are adapted to the new country.
*   Partner with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to deliver localized experiences.

Tracking & Reporting

*   Monitor expansion milestones, risk logs, and budgets; report progress weekly to leadership.
*   Maintain dashboards and trackers for all ongoing and upcoming markets.

Post-Launch Integration

*   Ensure newly launched entities are fully integrated into global governance, reporting, and compliance frameworks.
*   Partner with internal stakeholders to align accounting, HR, and operations processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Economics, or related field.

• 4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably involving entity setup, compliance, or multi-country operations.

• Exceptional project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and functions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
