You Are:
Accenture Federal Services (AFS) is seeking a dynamic Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Lead for Snowflake to drive business development, partner strategy, and capability buildout across our federal portfolio. This individual will serve as the AFS point owner for the Snowflake partnership—responsible for shaping our market positioning, accelerating pipeline creation, maturing internal delivery capabilities, and steering joint strategy with Snowflake’s Public Sector leadership.
This role sits at the intersection of federal mission needs, modern data platforms, and strategic ecosystem partnerships. You will work closely with executives across AFS Data & AI, Snowflake Public Sector, and broader Accenture alliance leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience leading GTM strategy, business development, or partner engagement in the federal technology space.
- Deep understanding of modern data platforms including Snowflake
- Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline creation, partner alignment, and cross-functional leadership.
- Familiarity with federal agency procurement, acquisition patterns, and BD processes.

- 15+ years of industry experience
- Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
- Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action

- Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$116,900—$396,900 USD
