Job Purpose
To support the Regional Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead in the delivery of a recruitment service for the Dublin North East Region, ensuring that services are delivered to the highest possible standard with particular focus on governance, efficiency and quality.
The Grade VII Recruitment Manager will play a key role in ensuring that the Regional HR Recruitment Department is fully compliant with all relevant legislation.
Working with the wider HR Recruitment teams, and relevant others, the Grade VII Recruitment Manager will provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR recruitment issues relating to but not exclusive to recruitment and selection, contracts, remuneration, and as appropriate grievances and other HR/Industrial Relations (IR) matters that may occur.
The Grade VII Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the management of the HR Recruitment Department and its staff.
Essential Criteria
This campaign is confined to staff who are currently employed by the HSE, TUSLA, other statutory health agencies*, or a body which provides services on behalf of the HSE under Section 38 of the Health Act 2004 as per Workplace Relations Commission agreement -161867
Eligible applicants will be those who on the closing date for the competition:
Have satisfactory experience in an office under the HSE, TUSLA, other statutory health agencies, or a body which provides services on behalf of the HSE under Section 38 of the Health Act 2004 at a level not lower than that of Grade IV (or equivalent)
And
Have not less than two years satisfactory experience either in that office or in an office at a level not lower than that of Clerical Officer in the HSE, TUSLA, other statutory health agencies, or a body which provides services on behalf of the HSE under Section 38 of the Health Act 2004
And
Candidates must possess the requisite knowledge and ability, including a high standard of suitability, for the proper discharge of the office.
