Are you passionate about food, innovation and product development? At Panelto Foods, we're looking for a motivated Graduate NPD Customer Technologist to join our growing New Product Development team.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, working alongside experienced professionals to develop innovative bakery products for leading retail and foodservice customers across Europe.

What You'll Do

As a Graduate NPD Customer Technologist, you'll support the development of new products from concept through to launch by:

• Supporting product development activities and sample preparation.
• Conducting product benchmarking, market research and organoleptic (sensory) testing.
• Assisting with factory trials, customer presentations and product launches.
• Maintaining accurate development records, specifications and project documentation.
• Building both technical and commercial knowledge to support successful product delivery.
• Working closely with Production, Technical, Commercial and Operations teams to deliver innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For

• A degree (or expected degree) in Food Science, Food Innovation, Food Technology or a related discipline.
• A genuine passion for food and product innovation.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
