When you join, you’ll start working towards the ATT-CTA qualification. As an Apprentice you'll get involved with client work as part of a supportive and inclusive team. Our apprentices have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele representing various industry sectors, giving you a well-rounded experience. We prioritise your growth by providing you with a mentor and training manager throughout the programme

Our R&D team supports clients in identifying and claiming Research & Development tax relief, from initial research and analysis through to submission to HMRC. The team works closely with clients and internal teams to understand qualifying R&D activities and expenditure, undertaking detailed research, preparing technical reports and tax calculations, and managing claims throughout the process. The team ensures all work is completed accurately and in line with HMRC requirements and the Firm’s technical, ethical and compliance standards.

✔️ Individuals who are collaborative and eager to take on new challenges
✔️ A minimum of a 2:2 undergraduate degree in any degree discipline
✔️ Minimum of 2 x A levels (A-C) and one other A level or equivalent
✔️ 5 GCSEs grades A*-C or 9-4 (including Maths and English Language or equivalent)
✔️ Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly
✔️ Comfortable working with numbers and demonstrating strong attention to detail
✔️ Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Able to explain financial information in an accessible and supportive manner
