We’re now launching No Days Off, a baby diaper brand backed by the same obsessive focus on our customers’ needs, product performance and innovation, and we’re building a core team to build this brand from the ground up!

Who we’re looking for / The role
We are looking for a dynamic Graphic Designer to develop compelling digital and print visuals for the brand across both Singapore and Malaysia. This person will translate our brand strategy into assets for brand activations, performance marketing, and ecommerce store collaterals, while ensuring we stay true to our Unapologetic, Human, and Relatably Funny brand personality.

This is a high impact and high ownership role, which will directly determine our growth trajectory post-launch. The role will report directly to the brand launcher for No Days Off.

What you will do

  • Brand & Visual Design
  • Execute and evolve No Days Off’s visual identity across all touchpoints
    Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and physical assets
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate brand strategy into design

  • Marketing & Campaign Design
  • Design assets for performance marketing (social ads, landing pages, e-commerce visuals)
    Adapt designs based on performance feedback and campaign needs

  • Offline & Event Assets
  • Design offline materials such as sampling kits, packaging inserts, brochures, banners, and booth visuals
    Support brand presence at baby fairs, hospitals, and confinement centres
    Ensure designs are practical, production-ready, and aligned with on-ground execution

  • Collaboration & Execution
  • Work closely with the performance marketer and brand team to support campaigns
    Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects

    What you will require

  • 2–5 years of experience as a graphic designer, brand designer, or visual designer
  • Ability to translate strategic and commercial intent into compelling visuals
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
  • Ability to design for both digital and print
  • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
