Graphic & Motion Designer

We're looking for a creative Graphic & Motion Designer to join a growing team and help transform ideas into engaging visual content. If you enjoy combining graphic design, animation, and video to create compelling brand experiences, this opportunity is for you.

You'll work on a variety of creative projects, from digital campaigns and social media content to animated videos and visual presentations. We're looking for someone who can take a brief, develop a creative approach, and deliver polished work from concept to completion.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging graphics, social media creatives, digital advertisements, and campaign assets.
• Develop motion graphics, animated videos, and short-form visual content.
• Edit videos and produce engaging content for digital platforms and marketing initiatives.
• Translate creative briefs into storyboards, visual concepts, and finished deliverables.
• Design presentations, infographics, and other communication materials.
• Maintain visual consistency across different formats and platforms.
• Collaborate with team members, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Explore emerging creative technologies and new approaches to visual storytelling.

What We're Looking For

• A completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a relevant design diploma with 3–5 years of experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience for bachelor's degree holders.
• Strong practical skills in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
• Working knowledge of Canva and Figma.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating your creative abilities and execution skills.
• Good visual judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas into clear, engaging content.
• A proactive mindset, willingness to experiment, and the ability to work independently.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Sora, Veo, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to 3D design and animation tools such as Blender, Spline, or Cinema 4D.
• Knowledge of Lottie animations, lightweight web animations, or Webflow.
• An interest in storytelling and creating content that captures audience attention.
