Grounds & Facilities Technician (Seasonal)

Job Overview:

Responsibilities include executing and implementing all maintenance, care, and repair functions for facilities and grounds owned or used by the District, in addition to supporting other district operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Landscape work including but not limited to: mowing, trimming, weeding, watering, planting
• Waste removal from parks and playing fields
• Special event assistance
• Conservation work
• Other duties as assigned
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Physically able to do manual labor
• Work in all weather conditions

Hours:

• From August-November
• Hours vary depending on needs of the District
• Occasional evening and weekends required

Pay Rate:

$15.00-$17.00 per hour
