Our Client, a leading Telecommunications and Power Infrastructure services company with operations across Nigeria and West Africa is seeking to recruit exceptional and highly motivated professional to fill this positions:

Role and Responsibilities:

Prepare commercial competitive proposals in response to RFPs, RFQ and RFI

Manage competitive negotiations process with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers

Must have ability to gather real-time price intelligence for projects

Evaluations and preparations of material schedules for projects

Prepare and analyze BOQ for tenders

Carry out tender process for sub-contractors

Vendor selections and project evaluations

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work with the assist the financial controller in implementing accounts functions for the group

Prepare assets, liability, revenue and expense records entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

Verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies on group accounts and their supporting documents for accuracy, completeness of all payment and/or receipts, invoices , journals, debit/credit membos an ensures they are correctly posted into the accounting system.

Monitor and update masters file information for (vendors, customer, assets, inventories payroll) on the accounting system.

Assist in monitoring of stocks receipts, costing, consumption and producing of relevant stock report for management’s use.

Ensure that daily call-over and verifications are carried out on all transactions posted into the posted.
