Le Contrôleur de Gestion Groupe joue un rôle clé dans la consolidation et l’analyse
de la performance financière du Groupe. Il garantit l’alignement et la cohérence des
pratiques de gestion au sein des entités du Groupe en France, en Italie et en Allemagne.
Ce rôle implique un soutien direct au CEO, au CFO et aux Directeurs Généraux dans la
prise de décision stratégique, ainsi que la coordination et l’animation des contrôleurs
au sein des différentes entités.
Le Contrôleur de Gestion Groupe contribue à la transformation du pilotage de la
performance en mettant en œuvre des outils modernes, en améliorant les processus et
en développant une culture data-driven au sein du Groupe.

Vos missions

Key Responsibilities :

  • Controlling Standards:

Define and implement Group-wide controlling rules (cost structure, hourly rates, SG&A, EBITDA, EBIT, etc.) and lead the Group controllers' network.

  • Group Budget Management:

Develop and manage the annual budgeting calendar, consolidate budget models, and lead the budget review process.

  • Forecasting & Performance Monitoring:

Oversee quarterly forecasts, analyze budget vs. actuals, and provide performance improvement recommendations.

  • Financial Reporting & Dashboards:

Develop consolidated financial reporting for management and implement financial/operational dashboards.

  • Economic Analysis & Strategic Support:

Lead profitability, cost, and margin analysis and support investment and external growth initiatives.

  • Controlling Tools:

Drive Group BI and ERP system optimization.

Vos compétences

Key Qualifications :

A graduate with a degree in Management Accounting or Finance.

You have at least 2 years' experience in management control, ideally within an international, multi-entity organisation in an industrial environment.

You have excellent communication and leadership skills and are highly rigorous.

You are fluent in English, both spoken and written; this is your everyday working language.

You are very comfortable with IT tools, particularly Excel and BI.

You thrive in multicultural environments and are able to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
