The hotel features 190 rooms and apartments, a fully equipped conference centre, restaurant and bar. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, responding to enquiries, sharing information about the hotel and providing local tourism, dining and entertainment recommendations.
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic team member who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and delivering exceptional service.

Casual Guest Service Agent
- Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time
- Make the check-in, check-out process run smoothly
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality, issuing of room keys, handling credit cards etc
- Ensure the security of our guests and their possessions
- Handle guest complaints in a positive manner and escalating as required
- Communicate effectively with other departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage to assist guests in regard to room changes, dining bookings etc.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience highly regarded
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends or public holidays
- Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their stories
- Have a genuine love of Melbourne and a desire to share your knowledge with our guests
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of computer literacy
- Be reliable, well-groomed and have excellent attention to detail
- Full drivers license will be considered a bonus
