GUEST SERVICE AGENT - FRONT DESK for the winter season 2026-2027

Arctic TreeHouse Hotel is looking for a Guest Service Agent who is a team player with a can-do attitude and skills to multitask in a fast phase environment. The department consists of reception, concierge and reservation duties. This role is hospitality and customer service driven and previous reception experience from a luxury hotel will be an advantage. We work in a luxury environment and we strive to deliver service excellence.

Duties Include:

  • Checking guests in and out

  • Billing

  • Reservations

  • E-mails & Telephone calls

  • Concierge, booking activities

  • Liaison with guests and service recovery when a problem occurs

  • Driving valet cars

  • Helping with luggage

You will work with the below tools and software:

  • Opera Cloud

  • Oracle

  • Symphony

  • Booking.com

  • Expedia

  • NETS Payments

  • Whatsapp

  • Trello

  • Optiwatti

Requirements:

  • Valid driver license

  • Excellent command of the English language ( Finnish language an advantage but not a requirement)

  • Comfortable talking to guests and solving problems

  • Ability to legally work in Finland (Finnish working visa or EU Residence)

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel
