Hard Rock Hotel - Food & Beverage Team (Cyana Restaurant)

At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, Food & Beverage brings energy to every space—from restaurants and bars to events and live experiences. Our F&B team delivers service that is confident, fast-paced, and guest-focused, in line with Hard Rock standards.

We are currently recruiting Food & Beverage Operations Team Members to support daily serviceat Cyana Greek restaurant and hotel outlets.

This vacancy includes opportunities for the following Food & Beverage roles:

• F&B Supervisor
• Sommelier
• Head Waiter
• F&B Server
• F&B Runner
• Hostess/Usher
  

Role allocation will be based on experience, skills, and operational requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel environment (preferred)
• Confidence working in high-volume, fast-paced operations
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  
• Candidates must currently be based in Malta or Europe and be eligible to work in Malta or be able to meet the applicable work authorization requirements
