Mama Money is a growth-stage fintech on a mission to improve the financial lives of migrants and underserved communities across Africa and beyond. What started in 2015 as a cross-border payments service has grown into a multi-product financial platform — anchored by our multi-platform mobile app, giving customers the power to send, save, and manage their money anytime, anywhere, on their own terms, at a socially fair price.

Mama HQ is in beautiful Cape Town, South Africa. We're 157 people strong (and counting), representing 19 countries across Africa, Asia, the UK, and Europe. From remittances to a growing suite of in-app financial products, everything we build is in service of people who deserve better — and our app is where that mission comes to life, putting real financial freedom in the palm of our customers' hands. Mama Money is looking for a Head of Agent Network to lead the engine behind our growth. You'll take the reins of our 1,500+ strong field agent network across regions, driving sales strategy, agent performance, and commercial results that directly power our mission, helping migrants and underserved communities move money on their own terms, at a fair price. If you're data-driven, commercially and product-sharp, and know how to get the best out of large distribution teams, this is your chance to lead impact at scale from our Cape Town HQ.
