Responsibilities:
- Lead execution services supporting clients using algorithmic trading during AMER hours for cash equities and futures.
- Monitor live algorithms, troubleshoot issues, manage client communications, and oversee trading risk during production events.
- Maintain deep working knowledge of execution algorithms to address client inquiries and diagnose performance or behavior issues.
- Act as a subject-matter resource for clients and internal teams. Understand client trading strategies and usage patterns. Recommend appropriate algorithms, conduct TCA reviews, and support increased platform adoption.
- Lead response during system issues or market events, including escalation, risk oversight, and client communication. Maintain risk management procedures for algorithmic execution.
- Partner with technology and quantitative teams to improve monitoring, diagnostics, and platform stability.
- Lead beta testing and support client onboarding for new algorithmic features.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software or Computer Engineering, or related discipline + 5 years of relevant experience.
LOCATION: 2 Landmark Sq, Suite 214, Stamford, CT – 06901. Job may require some travel in the US with expenses paid by employer (less than 30% of time every year). 40hrs per week.
