Head of Corporate IT Governance & Compliance

1. The Chief IT Governance leads the establishment and enforcement of enterprise-wide IT governance frameworks, ensuring that technology strategy, investments, and operations are aligned with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
2. This role defines and oversees policies, controls, and decision-making structures covering IT risk management, cybersecurity governance, compliance, data governance, architecture standards, and portfolio oversight. It ensures transparency, accountability, and disciplined execution across all technology initiatives while safeguarding the organization from operational, financial, and regulatory exposure.
3. Strategically, the Chief IT Governance strengthens executive confidence in IT by embedding structured oversight, performance measurement, and value realization mechanisms. The role ensures that technology operates within a controlled, compliant, and risk-aware environment—supporting sustainable growth, enterprise resilience, and long-term digital transformation.

Requirements

1. Senior GRC Leadership: 15-18 years at group/multi-entity level
2. Regulatory Mastery: Strong cross-sector experience; plus points if credible with Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and key regulators
3. Enterprise Governance Expertise: ERM, controls, and standardized frameworks across businesses
4. Transformation Capability: Proven in building scalable, digital, and post-M&A governance
5. Board Influence: Trusted advisor with strong executive presence
6. Crisis Readiness: Effective in managing regulatory issues and major risk events
