About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Head to lead and scale our India team. This is a leadership role for a hands-on professional with a strong background in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Governance, or Modern Data Platforms who can drive successful project delivery while building and mentoring high-performing teams.

What you’ll do:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise data initiatives spanning Data Engineering, Data Governance, Analytics, Data Platforms, and AI.
• Lead multiple client engagements, ensuring successful delivery from solution design through implementation and ongoing support.
• Remain actively involved in client projects by providing technical leadership, solution oversight, architecture guidance, and governance expertise.
• Work closely with delivery teams on complex data challenges, solution reviews, technical decision-making, and project escalations.
• Drive data transformation initiatives leveraging technologies such as Snowflake, Collibra, Alteryx, Databricks, Azure Data Services, and other modern data platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping define data strategies, governance frameworks, operating models, and roadmaps.
• Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks to ensure quality, scalability, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across:
• Data Engineering
• Data Governance
• Data Analytics & BI
• Data Architecture
• Participate in technical interviews and play a key role in hiring, building, and scaling high-performing data teams.
• Coach and develop consultants, technical leads, architects, and delivery managers.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution development, customer workshops, estimation, and proposal creation.
• Drive resource planning, project forecasting, delivery excellence, and utilization management across the practice.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and expand existing engagements.
• Define and promote best practices, accelerators, and standards across Data Engineering, Governance, Analytics, and Data Platform engagements.

What you’ll need:

• 12+ years of experience in Data & AI, Data Engineering, Data Governance
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one of:
• Collibra
• Snowflake
• Alteryx
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise data programs and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience building and scaling data delivery teams through technical hiring, mentoring, and leadership.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
