Head of Finance

Family Office is on the lookout for a forward-thinking and strategic Head of Finance to lead our financial team and drive the financial initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financial health of the organization, shaping the financial strategy, managing risks, and optimizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop the finance team (3-4 ppl), fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company goals.
• Formulate and execute financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives and operational efficiencies.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to guide decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
• Monitor key financial metrics and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks proactively.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Develop relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors.
• Implement financial controls and policies to safeguard company assets.
• Participate in executive-level strategy development and provide insights based on financial data.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are preferred.
• Previous experience at a Big Four firm or in investment banking.
• 8+ years of experience in finance management roles, with a proven track record of strategic financial leadership.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing teams.
• Effective communication abilities to present financial information to executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound financial decisions and maintain discretion with confidential information.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
