Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in integrity engineering within the oil and energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of integrity management systems and risk assessment methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Professional certifications related to integrity engineering are a plus.
