This is not a traditional marketing role.

We're looking for a marketing operator who can think strategically, build systems, leverage AI, and directly contribute to business growth. About Us

Green Ocean Property Management is a third-generation Greater Boston residential property management firm. Our family has been in Boston real estate since 1952, and the company was founded in 1977.

Today, we manage over 1,000 condominium units and 500+ rental units across 60+ associations, maintaining a 4.9-star Google rating with nearly 1,000 reviews.

Our strength comes from being vertically integrated.

Under one roof, we operate:

• Green Ocean Property Management – Full-service residential property management and HOA/condominium management

• Pro Services Boston – Our in-house maintenance team and licensed general contractor handling repairs, maintenance, landscaping, renovations, and more

When we earn a client's trust, we serve them from start to finish.

About the Role

You will own the marketing function from strategy to execution and results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning marketing-sourced leads and attributed signed contracts across both our HOA/Condo and Investor/Landlord businesses

• Building and optimizing AI-powered systems and automations

• Managing vendors, freelancers, and marketing contributors

• Creating visibility across the entire funnel, from lead generation to signed contracts

• Continuously identifying manual processes that can be automated and improved

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading a marketing function, not just executing tasks

• Is comfortable owning pipeline and revenue goals

• Is genuinely passionate about AI and automation and can build solutions independently

• Knows how to manage people, projects, and vendors effectively

• Thrives in a remote environment and takes ownership without constant direction

Experience in real estate, property management, or the Boston market is a plus, but not required.
