Head of Network Sales
AI Summary
Leads network sales growth across HRIS and payroll platforms, winning and growing partnerships that expand Flare's onboarding, superannuation and employee benefits capabilities in Australia and New Zealand.
About this role
Flare is looking for a commercially sharp relationship-builder to lead our network sales growth across HRIS and payroll platforms.
In this role, you’ll win and grow the partnerships that bring Flare’s onboarding, superannuation and employee benefits capabilities to more people. You’ll own the network sales number, shape your territory and build trusted relationships with commercial and technical leaders across a close-knit industry.
This is a hands-on senior role for someone who enjoys the chase, knows how to earn credibility and can turn a strong first deal into long-term value.
What you’ll do
- Own new-business and growth targets across our HRIS and payroll platform partner network.
- Build, qualify and progress a focused pipeline of prospective platform partners across ANZ.
- Map the market, prioritise target accounts and run a disciplined territory and account plan.
- Develop compelling partner propositions that create value for their business and end users.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including revenue-share, referral and distribution arrangements.
- Grow existing partnerships through joint plans, deeper integrations, greater distribution and stronger commercial returns.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in B2B enterprise sales, partnerships or business development, in the Australian or New Zealand market.
- Experience in HRIS, payroll, HR technology, superannuation, employee benefits or adjacent SaaS.
- A proven record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles.
- Success using a land-and-expand approach to grow value within partner or customer accounts.
- Strong commercial negotiation and contracting experience, including revenue-share, referral or distribution models.
- A structured, self-directed approach to territory planning, pipeline management and CRM discipline; Salesforce experience is preferred.
You’ll be confident discussing integration requirements with Product and Engineering, without needing to be the technical expert. You’ll also bring sound judgement, strong follow-through and the ability to build relationships that last.
