Head of Operations

We are seeking a Head of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across our site. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role carries full accountability for end-to-end operational performance, spanning manufacturing, process efficiency, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.

This is a pivotal leadership position where you will influence direction, strengthen capability, and ensure the business is positioned to deliver consistently at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate multiple operational functions into a cohesive, high-performing organisation
• Translate business strategy into clear operational priorities, plans, and measurable outcomes
• Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement
• Build and lead a strong leadership team, developing capability and accountability at all levels
• Ensure operational excellence, governance, and customer delivery through disciplined execution

You are an experienced and credible senior leader who:

• Has a strong track record in leading operations within a manufacturing environment
• Brings experience of managing multi-disciplinary functions and delivering business-critical results
• Is commercially aware, data-driven, and confident in making strategic decisions
• Leads with clarity and purpose, influencing stakeholders and building alignment
• Combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
