The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established, fully integrated creative and media agency, known for building strategic media practice across all channels for a portfolio of iconic, high-profile clients spanning the not-for-profit, higher education, and retail sectors.

They're looking for an experienced performance media specialist to join on a freelance basis, 3 days per week for an initial 3-month period, to elevate client relationships and drive forward the digital media roadmap across several of their key accounts.

This is a hands-on, embedded role rather than a traditional leadership hire. You'll be working within an existing team, close to the day-to-day, with real scope to shape strategic direction.

What You'll Do

Client Experience & Team (approx. 80%)

  • Work within the existing team to elevate client experience, keeping morale, training, and culture strong across a major account

  • Link day-to-day insights into strategic opportunities for the client

  • Optimise current workflows within the team where needed

Digital Roadmap (approx. 20%)

  • Drive forward digital maturity roadmaps across key accounts

  • Improve the link between brand and performance through Google and The Trade Desk capabilities

  • Improve back-end dashboard set-ups across accounts using Funnel (data aggregation/reporting)

What You Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience across Google (Search/Display/DV360) and The Trade Desk

  • Experience with Funnel or a comparable data aggregation/dashboarding tool

  • A track record of elevating client relationships beyond day-to-day reporting into strategic value

  • Comfort working embedded within an existing agency team. Supporting culture, training, and ways of working

  • Agency-side media/client-service background (media strategy, planning, or trading)

  • Availability for a 3-day-per-week freelance engagement over 3 months
