• Based at KL Workshop

• 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational management of all plant, machinery, vehicles, and workshop functions supporting rail and infrastructure projects

• Ensure asset availability, regulatory compliance, cost control, safety, and disciplined workforce management across depots and project sites

• Lead preventive maintenance, asset management, and workshop operations

Requirements

• 7–15 years of experience in plant & machinery management within rail, infrastructure, or heavy construction environments

• Proven leadership experience managing large fleets of plant, machinery, and vehicles

• Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance, licensing, insurance, and accident claims

About the Company & Project

• Major Malaysian main contractor and rail engineering specialist (non-GLC)

• Currently hiring for a rail project involving track works, civil structures, signaling, electrification, and depots

• Position reports to Group CFO
