**Experience you need:**
* Proven pedigree managing complex mixed developments within an established, reputable Tier-1 property developer corporate environment.
* Minimum 15 years in property development with 5+ years in senior leadership.
* Proven history of delivering massive, landmark high-rise or integrated multi-tower portfolios.
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related project management disciplines
* Full willingness to lead operations directly at Southern Malaysia sites.
