We are recruiting a Head of Revenue Management - Gateway UK, to lead the development and execution of revenue optimisation strategies across a portfolio of world-class visitor attractions. This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for maximising admissions revenue, driving pricing performance, and identifying opportunities to accelerate commercial growth.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across Revenue Management, Marketing, E-Commerce, Finance, Operations, and Consumer Proposition teams, you will use data, market insights, and customer trends to develop pricing and inventory strategies that support both short and long-term business objectives. You will provide strategic direction, challenge existing approaches, and champion best practice to ensure revenue management remains a key driver of business performance.
As a subject matter expert, you will lead a team of revenue professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and commercial excellence. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping future revenue management capabilities, influencing decision-making at a senior level, and ensuring the business is well positioned to respond to market opportunities and evolving consumer behaviour.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum six years' experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Consultancy, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify commercial opportunities.
- Proven experience developing and implementing pricing and revenue optimisation strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving business performance and delivering revenue growth.
- Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Experience within the travel, tourism, leisure, hospitality, or attractions sector would be advantageous.
