Remote VA is seeking an experienced and strategic Head Recruiter to lead our recruitment team and drive our talent acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a senior recruiter or head of recruitment, preferably in a remote work environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and HR best practices.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
