As the Head Therapist at Villa Haven's Araamu Spa, you will oversee the daily operations, lead a team of therapists, and uphold the highest standards of service quality and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of spa therapies, and a commitment to creating a tranquil and memorable spa experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a spa environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in spa software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional spa experiences.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a flexible schedule.
