Position Purpose

The purpose of the job is to assist in supervising the team and managing access program(s) in the region. The jobholder is required to help represent Axios in daily meetings with patients, doctors and carry out administrative duties which will be both field and office based.The ultimate purpose of this role is to expand access strategies among the globe to maximize patient medical benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Effectively assist in Supervising the team and managing access program(s) by liaising with hospitals, distributors, and pharmacies, and patients
• Collaborate closely with the Axios staff to evaluate patients' eligibility for the project(s) and verify eligibility classifications. Ensure the prompt enrolment of eligible patients into the program(s) in alignment with the project’s workflow and timelines.
• Carry out home visits for patient classification, if needed Conduct field visits including but limited to home visits, when necessary, to support patient assessments.
• Prepare timely monitoring reports (monthly) with patient numbers and logistics as well as quality assurance reports for internal This includes monitoring and tracking patient files in collaboration with Axios staff in “real time” as patients proceed through the program(s) Prepare regular monitoring reports—both internal and external—through approved reporting channels. This includes monthly external project reports, as well as internal reports requested by other departments to support smooth program operations. Responsibilities also include real-time monitoring and tracking of patient files in collaboration with the Axios staff as patients progress through the program(s).
• Maintain and update electronic program files, including patient and quality assurance data Support the daily monitoring and maintenance of the Axios Patient Management System (PMS), ensuring compliance with Axios Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPPs) related to proper documentation practices by the assigned project team.
• Attending and completing Pharmacovigilance, Pharma and Product Training provided by the Client with a clear understanding of how to collect and report safety data.Ensure all Project team members are informed about and complete Pharmacovigilance, Medical, and Product Training provided by the Client in a timely manner, with a clear understanding of the procedures for collecting and reporting safety data.

  Reporting any adverse events/product complaints as per client’s requirements and/or Axios SOPPs
• 
  Conduct all program activities through exclusive use of Axios’ Patient Management System (PMS)
• 
  Conduct administrative duties for the office
• 
  Ensure strong understanding and implementation for international standards and applicable polices related to Axios offering and services
• 
  Comply with all applicable laws and regulations and Axios code of conduct
• 
  Ensure to empower the awareness related to escalation for deviation and non-compliance
• 
  Support and monitor the governance for all Axios operations
• 
  Additional duties as assigned
