Health, Safety and Environment Expert

• Implements HSEE Site strategy, prepares internal instructions for release and consolidates and monitors site HSEE KPIs
   
• Prepares and supports reports, e.g. HSEE site status report, and countermeasures
   
• Organizes waste management and recycling, checks work safety and environmental legal requirements and permits compliance
   
• Conducts environmental and safety related trainings and creates environmental emergency plan
   
• Plans and conducts internal audits related to the environmental and occupational safety system
   
• Reports and investigates environmental and work-related incidents
   
• Plans and conducts safety inspections, ergonomic and risk assessments activities, areas and equipment releases, protective equipment controls, safety drills and health campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field. IOSH, NEBOSH and NIOSH certified.

• (3–5) years of HSEE experience in manufacturing, automotive or related industry.

• Solid understanding of Health Risk Assessment, Safety Awareness/Compliance and Waste Management

• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams

• Excellent analytical and Crisis Management abilities

• Professional proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is essential.
