Healthcare Business Analyst

Sonsoft , Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

• Working knowledge of healthcare EMR/EHR/Healthcare claims data.
• Hands on knowledge of health economics related analytics (HEOR- Health Economic and outcome research).
• Understanding of data warehousing and data management in healthcare environment.
• Basic understanding of healthcare interoperability especially in Claims, eMR, Clinical and Lab applications..
• Exposure to clinical terminologies like ICD9, ICD 10, CPT4, SNOMED..
• Experience with HIPAA, and knowledge of PII best practices.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in executing IT projects with 2 years of Business analysis expertise in healthcare analytics environment.
• Business analysis skills with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, documentation and presentation skill is required.
• The work profile should reflect close to 100% customer satisfaction.
• Strong Time Management skill is mandatory and multi-tasking is expected.
• Ready to utilize knowledge base and experience in order to understand the processes and steps and support customer consistently.ases, scenarios, tasks and workflow analysis
• Works collaboratively with Operations team members, clients, corporate IT, and other business partners in defining, designing, developing and implementing technology solutions to improve business functions
• Gathers, reviews and edits business, functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborates with project teams and customers to analyze information needs and communicates needed changes to the project team
• Collaborate with internal and external resources for scheduling time estimates
• Analyze data to assist in design requirement gathering with internal and external resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
