• Performs   a wide variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, in general or specified areas.
•  Performs daily, routine cleaning activities including the beach, front side of the guest rooms, walkway side of the guest rooms, and other designated areas.
• Performs in the monitoring, collection and disposal of different types of waste.
• Performs, clearing stopped up drainages and related facilities.
• Performs, clearing all the grease traps on daily basis.
• Performs in the moving furniture, Transporting supplies, equipment’s and materials.
• Performs in the collecting of coconuts and young coconuts for the required departments.
• Performs cleaning all the dustbins and ashtrays in walkways and staff area on daily basis.
• Cleans roofs and gutters if required.
• Performs in cleaning and cutting fishes if required.
• Performs cleaning and oiling the wooden deck and jetty.
• Must pay special attention, while digging the ground and ensure that all the pipes and cable are safe.
• Must follow all the safety instructions at all the time
• Responsible for maintaining work area in a clean, orderly and safe condition.
• Performs assembling and disassembling the stages and scaffolds.
• Must follow all the safe and hygienic work practices.
• Performs assembling and disassembling the stages and scaffolds.
• Must wear all personal protective equipment.

Qualifications

Education: Basic Education 
Experience: Minimum: 1 year’ experience in the field is desire
