High Pressure Jetting Operators

Sideworx Connect offers positions for both employees and independent contractors. We specialize in placing short-term and seasonal employees, allowing you control over your schedule and a chance to explore a multitude of projects.

We’re seeking skilled High Pressure Jetting Operators to join our roster.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Set up and rigging of high pressure equipment (10,000 to 40,000 PSI)
• Working in confined spaces and heights
• Perform detailed cleaning assignments/tasks
• Completion of daily documentation
• Complete daily housekeeping of assigned truck to ensure maintenance of company equipment
• Follow safe workplace policies, procedures and safe work practices
• Attend daily safety meetings and adhere to corporate and site safety regulations and procedures
• Performing work with the use of respiratory protection, not limited to SCBA, supplied breathing air and air-purifying full-face respirator
• Perform installation and tear down of tank cleaning and fluid transfer equipment including assembly and disassembly of piping, hoses, pumps, heat exchangers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in high pressure/water jetting is required
• H2S Alive
• Standard First Aid & CPR – Level C
• Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
• Confined Space Entry & Monitor
• Fall Protection
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, climb and work at heights over 10 feet, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (including night, weekends, holidays, and overtime)
• Travel is required and certain jobs may be eligible for Living Out Allowance
• Valid Driver’s License with Clean Abstract is an asset
