5 Star Cares is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our PRN team. 📅 PRN Schedule Requirements

✔ Must work a minimum of three (3) shifts per month

✔ Must maintain weekend availability when staffing needs require

✔ Additional shifts may be available based on operational needs

🕕 12-Hour Day Shifts | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
💲 $15.00–$19.00 per Hour (Based on Experience & Certification)

💙 What You'll Do

✅ Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and activities of daily living

✅ Provide compassionate care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and higher-acuity needs

✅ Accurately document care and communicate changes with the healthcare team

✅ Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment

✔ Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care

• Experience caring for higher-acuity individuals preferred

• Current BLS/CPR and First Aid Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

• Ability to safely lift and assist individuals up to 50 pounds

• Must successfully complete an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening
