As a Hire Coordinator based in Livingston you’ll be responsible for:

• Completion of quotations hires sales and repairs
• Sales and order tracking.
• Processing and planning of successful sales / hire enquiries.
• Managing customer asset maintenance contracts.
• Raising sales hire and stock orders.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Previous experience in a technical hire or sales environment.
• Knowledge of telephone sales techniques. Negotiation skills for price decision and customer expectation.
• Ability to use Microsoft packages for creating documents and working with data.
• Knowledge or awareness of finance including turnover, costs, profitability and targets
