Be Part of the John Mini Holiday Season 2026!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year—when we transform spaces into festive, magical experiences! From sparkling trees and wreaths to 6-foot menorahs, our team creates unforgettable holiday displays across the tri-state area.

…and we need your help to make it happen! Our Holiday season runs from October 2025-January 2026.

Positions we are hiring for include:

Drivers

• Valid driver’s license required (CDL not needed)
• All drivers are also active members of the installation crew
• Ability to drive a 16’–26’ box truck
  

Foremen

• Technical ability, strong communication, leadership, and client-focused skills
  

Quality Control Leaders

• Eye for design, attention to detail, strong communication and leadership skills

Crew Members

What to Expect

• Full time hours (40 hours/week + OT)
• Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be required (overtime common mid-November to early December)
• Physically demanding roles: ability to lift 25+ lbs., stand for long periods, bend, crouch, kneel, stretch, and climb ladders
• Seasonal roles with the potential to grow—our holiday team has often led to full-time opportunities at John Mini.
