Hollis Creek- Laborer (Driver)

Job Overview:

Job Summary**

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a dedicated and physically capable Laborer to support our solar farm construction projects. This non-driving role involves manual labor and assistance with various tasks essential for project completion.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist with the unloading, sorting, and staging of materials and equipment on job sites.
* Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, waste disposal, and maintaining a safe work environment.
* Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, materials, and following instructions.
* Dig trenches, post holes, and foundations by hand or with hand tools.
* Perform basic assembly of components under supervision.
* Operate small hand and power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., drills, grinders, shovels, rakes).
* Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous experience in construction, general labor, or a similar physically demanding role is a plus.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
* Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Strong work ethic and reliability.
* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
* Commitment to safety on the job site.
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
