Home Care Assistants required for Measham, Swadlincote, Appleby Magna, Donisthorpe, Heather, Ashby, Ibstock and surrounding areas.

Full time, Part time roles available

We have a variety of hours to cover, so there is a shift to suit every worker.

This job involves traveling from home to home, so you must have access to a vehicle.

The hours are flexible as care is provided at various times of the day, seven days a week.

Your role would include but not limited to:

• Help with washing & dressing
• Personal Care
• Shopping & meal preparation
• Prompting with medication
• Support with daily routines
• Respite services
• Socialising and leisure activities
• Helping clients access the community

Qualifications and Skills

Experience is preferred, but NOT essential as we provide an excellent on-going training programme.

• Driving licence and car
• Kind, caring and considerate
• Understanding and a good listener
• Ability to do personal care
• Well-organised and calm
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Good with people including clients, relatives and healthcare professionals
