Schedule and Shift Details
● Monday through Friday on the day shift; no weekends, on-call or holidays
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice from IL with DL
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in home health
- 1+ years of experience in EMR, Other EMR and TruChart EMR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make informed clinical decisions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in medical record-keeping and documentation
