Qualifications: Registered Nurse License & Home Health Clinical Competency
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of service.
- High School/GED
- Epic Home Health (1+ years)
- 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Home Health Care and Home Health
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Other EMR and TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois (IL)
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
Schedule and Work Locations: Flexible RN Jobs in Multiple Areas
- Monday through Friday on the day shift; no weekends, on-call or holidays
