Home Health & Hospice Nurses

Calling all home health and hospice nurses! Connected Home Health & Hospice is a growing company (who has been proudly serving Oregonians since 2003) and is welcoming new team members to our nursing family.

We are currently interviewing RN’s, LPN’s, and CNA’s for both home health and hospice. These positions are an addition to our existing team, and were created to accommodate the tremendous growth we have achieved over the past year (because our patients and referral sources love the life-changing service we provide)!

We are currently interviewing for full time, part time, and PRN positions, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon professional license
• A passion for providing quality care.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance.
