Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview

We’re seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Home Health position serving patients throughout Thomaston, Torrington, Harwinton, and the surrounding communities.

Requirements:

• RN license in the state of CT

• Some experience in Home Health required

• Must be willing to cover hospice overflow

• US Citizen or Green Card Holder

• Comfortable with traveling between patient homes (expect 20–40 minutes of driving at times)
