About this role
The Hospitality & Client Experience Assistant is an essential ambassador of the Boutique, responsible for delivering a refined, warm and personalised hospitality experience to every client.
The role combines impeccable beverage service and upkeep of hospitality areas with client welcoming, boutique support and close collaboration with Fashion Advisors and hospitality team. The Hostess contributes to ensuring that each client visit is seamless, memorable and aligned with CHANEL’s standards of excellence, discretion and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Client Hospitality & Experience
• Offer and serve beverages—including coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and champagne—according to Boutique hospitality standards.
• Anticipate and respond proactively to clients’ needs throughout their Boutique journey.
• Deliver attentive, discreet and personalised service.
• Maintain a polished, calm and welcoming atmosphere in all client-facing areas.
Hospitality Area Management
• Ensure hospitality areas, pantry, storage spaces and service equipment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation.
• Prepare, replenish and monitor beverages, food items, tableware, consumables and hospitality supplies.
• Conduct regular stock checks, monitor expiry dates and communicate replenishment needs in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and presentation of all food and beverage products.
• Strictly follow hygiene, health and safety, food-handling and Boutique operational procedures.
• Identify and report any maintenance, equipment or supply issues promptly.
Boutique & Team Support
• Partner closely with Fashion Advisors, the Welcoming team and Boutique Management to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Support client flow and waiting times when required, ensuring clients feel acknowledged and cared for at all times.
• Assist with the preparation of client areas before and after appointments, events and VIP visits.
• Support Boutique teams with ad hoc operational tasks when needed, while maintaining hospitality as the primary focus.
• Share relevant observations and client feedback with the Boutique team to support continuous improvement.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and respectful team environment.
Profile & Experience
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, premium food and beverage service, five-star hotels, fine dining, luxury retail or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Experience serving coffee, tea, beverages and/or catering in an elevated service environment is highly valued.
• Experience working with international and high-profile clients is an advantage.

Languages
• Fluent Spanish and English are essential.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
