Hospitality Team Leader
BENUGO are looking for an Hospitality Team Leader to join the team at Edinburgh Castle.
As a Hospitality Team Leader for BENUGO you will be responsible for the overall co-ordination of the day time operation. Supporting the Managers and co-ordinating the team during the day.

The Hospitality Team Leader will be working as part of an exciting team to deliver the food & beverage.
Job Type: Full Time 30 Hours
Hourly Rate: £13.50
Responsibilities:
- To brief the team on all aspects of the business and to oversee the running of the daily operations alongside assisting with administration
- To assist on the development of the team, making sure that they adhere to standards laid down by the management team and provide training as required, especially on the areas of food and beverage service
- To ensure that all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to, such as The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, the COSHH regulations, etc. within the areas of responsibility
- To ensure that all staff present themselves correctly dressed for duty and are well groomed whilst on duty
- To deal effectively and courteously with customer complaints, and refer all complaints to the line manager, if necessary
- To ensure in house accounting policies are adhered to and monitor food and beverage control, including performing stock take
