At Level99, Hosts are the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. They create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all restaurant guests and entertainment players, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm in every interaction. Responsibilities include managing seating, maintaining the waitlist, and efficiently checking in reservations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet guests in an upbeat, welcoming manner
Seat guests to maximize dining room and account for reservations and large parties
Communicate wait times, and provide status updates to guests
Maintain and present menus to guests when seating
Answer the phone and assist with takeout orders, gift cards, and any retail and merchandise needs
Express gratitude when guests are departing
Walk the dining room to update table status and collect and clean menus
Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
When time allows, assist with service in the restaurant, like bussing and running of food
Perform all other duties needed and requested

OTHER DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in the hospitality or retail industries
WORKING CONDITIONS
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include days, nights, weekends and holidays
Able to work eight hour-plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time, walk up and down stairs
Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
