2. 7+ Years of .NET experience
3. 7+ Years of SQL Server Experience
4. Technical Leadership Skills
5. 3+ Years of SharePoint
6. Task Management and Project Coordination Skills
7. Uncanny Troubleshooting and Diagnostics skills
8. MCSD Web/SharePoint
9. Ability to multi-task and balance multiple Projects
10. Sound Business Intelligence and Reporting skills (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS)
