Plantana Condominiums is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and service-oriented Housekeepers to join our dedicated housekeeping team.

For more than four decades, Plantana has welcomed owners and guests from around the world. Working under the direction of the Head Housekeeper, our Housekeeping team plays an essential role in maintaining the exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and presentation that define the Plantana experience.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for hardworking individuals who take pride in delivering consistently high standards.

This position reports directly to the Head Housekeeper. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other departments while following the direction and priorities established by the Head Housekeeper and Management.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include maintaining guest accommodations and supporting the overall appearance of the property, including:

Guest Unit Preparation

• Clean, sanitise, and prepare guest units for arrivals, departures, stay-over services, and back-to-back reservations.
• Strip and replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Ensure each unit meets Plantana’s presentation and quality standards.
• Inspect your assigned work before completion and notify the Head Housekeeper of any maintenance concerns, damaged items, or issues requiring follow-up.

Housekeeping Operations

• Maintain housekeeping storage areas, staff facilities, and assigned common areas.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, inventory shortages, and guest-related issues promptly to the Head Housekeeper.
• Complete daily assignments and priorities as directed by the Head Housekeeper.
• Assist with linen inventory, supply organisation, and housekeeping preparation as assigned.
• Assist with annual deep cleaning and seasonal closure activities.

Teamwork & Guest Service

• Work collaboratively with the Head Housekeeper, Houseman, Maintenance, Front Office, and other departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests.
• Follow all safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and company policies.
• Maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards established by the Head Housekeeper while contributing to an efficient and supportive team environment.
• Perform other duties reasonably assigned by the Head Housekeeper or Management to support the efficient operation of the resort.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has a minimum of three (3) years of housekeeping experience, preferably within a hotel, resort, or condominium environment.
• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and use the mobile applications and technology used by Plantana to receive daily assignments, record completed work, and communicate with the team.
• Communicates effectively in spoken English.
• Is reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Is available to work weekends, public holidays, and peak occupancy periods.
• Is physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 40 lb

Eligibility
