Housekeeper - Ocotillo Village

About this role:

Summary

Responsible for the overall cleanliness and appearance of community spaces, including models, vacant units, and public areas. Ensures that all spaces meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Hourly pay range:

$18.00 - $19.00 DOE

What you'll do: Includes but not limited to:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean office, clubhouse, laundry rooms, public areas, and models, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Clean occupied apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, floors, laundry, linens, windows, patios, and dishes.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing thorough cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of model units and public access areas, ensuring tour routes are free of debris.
• Inspect and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain supply inventory and ensure storage areas remain organized.
• Assist maintenance staff as needed.
• Represent the community in a professional manner and adhere to grooming and dress standards.
• Follow Fair Housing policies.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with cleanup at resident events.
• Deliver resident communications as needed.
• Participate in training seminars.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Personable, energetic, and self-motivated.

What you'll need:

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of two years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a residential or healthcare setting.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Minimum of 1 year experience working on a PC.
• Top notch communication skills, both verbal and written.
