✨ Job description

Our Housekeeping Team plays a crucial role in maintaining the reputation of several locations and venues of SantaPark Arctic World. The team provides our guests with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable environment throughout their stay. This team works side by side with maintenance and operations with Guest Service to ensure our guests make lifelong memories in the Arctic Circle.

Their diligent efforts contribute to guest satisfaction, health and safety, operational efficiency, revenue generation, and compliance with regulations, making them a cornerstone of the hospitality industry. We are proud to say our Housekeeping team maintains an exceptional standard and enhances the guest experience. Duties include:

General requirements

  • Capable of completing work tasks independently as well as working in a team

  • Ability to take responsibility and maintain the highest level of standards

  • Problem-solving skills and you are self-driven

  • Good communication skills

  • Positive attitude and motivation to learn

  • Valid driving license (minimum 3 years experienced driver)

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant (minimum 3 years)

  • Fluent English language

  • Ability to legally work in Finland

  • You have an eye for detail
